Reclaim
After moving to bigger premises under a new managing director and general manager, Sheffield not-for-profit organisation Reclaim was looking for a complete overhaul of its company branding.
“We wanted a new corporate image to signify these changes and highlight the fact that although we are a charity, we work to highly professional commercial standards,” said general manager Matthew Arden.
”We wanted a logo and stationery that better reflected Reclaim’s position as the largest plastic recycling organisation, certainly in South Yorkshire and possibly Yorkshire as a whole.”
Unconvinced by the initial efforts of other design companies, Reclaim asked the Red Squirrel Media team to look at the rebranding project.
“We chatted through what the organisation does and how we wanted to portray ourselves and they team came back with a close range of options for a new logo and headed paper, which were exactly what we were looking for.
“What’s more the design we chose – based on a blue square with ‘recycling’ arrows – can be readily adapted and applied to different aspects of our business, so they gave us a basis to develop our branding in the future.
“Red Squirrel kept in touch with us all the way through and did a really good job. I’ve got a lot of time for them – so much so that they are now working on designing and hosting a new website for us at www.re-claim.org.”
