Quotes
All quotations are provided in good faith and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Additional work requested outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed:
Invoices are payable within 14 days.
Late payments may incur statutory interest in accordance with UK legislation.
Copyright
Copyright remains with Red Squirrel Media until full payment has been received.
Upon payment, ownership of the commissioned work transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Red Squirrel Media reserves the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and approving work before publication.
Red Squirrel Media cannot accept responsibility for factual inaccuracies supplied by the client.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included where agreed within the project scope.
Significant changes or additional requests may be quoted separately.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project in writing.
Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced accordingly.
Liability
